An unexpected moment of joy: Our first five puppies are here! A kind-hearted man brought them to us, and we immediately fell in love with these little rascals. Read on to learn more about their first days with us and our plans for the coming weeks.
Our project received its first unexpected newcomers: five little puppies brought to us by a caring man. He had observed them for three days and noticed that they were homeless and no one was taking care of them. The puppies are approximately 6–7 weeks old and have now found a temporary home with us.
The First Days – A Great Start
The five puppies have settled in surprisingly well and are getting along wonderfully with the four dogs already living on the property. It’s heartwarming to see them play together and interact so kindly.
Health and Care:
- All five are eating and drinking well.
- In addition to puppy food and rice, which they seem to love, camel milk was also purchased to keep them well-nourished.
- They appear to be healthy, lively, and curious – exactly what we hoped for.
A particularly adorable feature: their little white-tipped paws, which contrast beautifully with their brown fur. Each one has their own unique personality, and it’s pure joy to watch them explore and play.
Daily Life with the Puppies
During the day, the puppies are allowed to explore the outdoor area with the adult dogs, while at night or during quieter times, they are housed safely indoors. This provides them with security while helping them get familiar with their surroundings.
What’s Next?
The arrival of these unexpected little residents has given us extra motivation to move forward quickly with the work on the property:
- Concrete work: Scheduled to begin this week to prepare the ground.
- Fence installation: Planning is complete, and the outdoor area will soon be sectioned off securely.
- Dog houses: We’re working to have the dog houses built and delivered as quickly as possible to provide comfort for both the puppies and adult dogs.
Looking for Loving Homes!
Two people have already expressed interest in adopting one of the puppies – an incredibly hopeful beginning! We are confident that the other three will also find loving homes very soon.
